A dream will come true tomorrow - hearing Lauren Winner give a lecture! Here's the countdown:
8:30pm (tonight) - pick up Hattie and Cat from East Quad, drive to Grand Rapids
10:30ish - arrive in GR, crash at the Fick's
AM - wake up and get in line at Fine Arts Center at Calvin to get seats!
12:30-1:30 - Lauren's Lecture
Afterwards - come back home
I can't wait!! For those of you who can't make it, you can listen to Lauren here. I haven't heard all of this interview, but the first five minutes were good (I especially liked the part about the mermaids).
